We offer SAME DAY DELIVERY in the WANAKA region
*orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, any orders for Saturday MUST be in before 1pm

All Wanaka deliveries are sent out 2pm onwards

OUTER AREA DELIVERIES

Please note we use a third party courier to make deliveries outside of the Wanaka area. We always endeavour to have your deliveries out to the recipient by the intended date and time and communicate this information directly with our drivers.

For same day deliveries the couriers always aim to deliver that day whenever possible. In the instance that they are unable to make a same day delivery due to unforeseen circumstances your order will be delivered the following morning.

We always ensure that we package your orders safely and securely to arrive in the best condition possible. By choosing to use our services for outer areas or inter island you accept there is a risk that damages may occur during transportation.

CROMWELL

SAME DAY delivery to CROMWELL Township, Old Cromwell Town and the outer Business area only
*orders must be placed before 1pm. This is a Monday- Friday Service only

QUEENSTOWN

SAME DAY to QUEENSTOWN Business areas only.
*orders must be placed before 10am

OVERNIGHT to Queenstown - Residential addresses
*orders must be placed before 1pm

Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 1pm Friday.

We cannot deliver SAME DAY to rural addresses - please allow between 1-2 days for delivery.

Note

We will leave flowers at, or near, the entrance if we deem it safe to do so. Our bouquets are wrapped with a bubble of water so that if no one is home they have a temporary water source. If there is nowhere safe to leave the blooms, or the property is inaccessible (eg. due to dog or gate), or the address provided is incorrect, the flowers will be returned to our Flower Studio and we will call to re-arrange delivery at the sender's cost.
