Orders to Cromwell will arrive in the late afternoon. If you are sending flowers to a business, please let us know as sometimes the couriers will not get to it in time before closing.
QUEENSTOWN, ALEXANDRA & CLYDE
OVERNIGHT to Queenstown - Business & Residential addresses within the central Queenstown area.
This is a Monday - Thursday service
*orders must be placed before 1pm the day prior and will be delivered between 9am and 5:30pm by a third party courier (we can not give an exact time as it will depend on their schedule)
OUTER AREA DELIVERIES
Please note we use a third party courier to make deliveries outside of the Wanaka area. We always endeavour to have your deliveries out to the recipient by the intended date and time and communicate this information directly with our drivers.
For same-day deliveries, couriers always aim to deliver that day whenever possible. If couriers are unable to make a same-day delivery due to unforeseen circumstances your order will be delivered the following morning.
We always ensure that we package your orders safely and securely to arrive in the best condition possible. By choosing to use our services for outer areas or inter-island, you accept the risk that damages may occur during transportation.

Important note
We will leave flowers at, or near, the entrance if we deem it safe to do so. Our bouquets are wrapped with a bubble of water so that if no one is home they have a temporary water source. If there is nowhere safe to leave the blooms, or the property is inaccessible (eg. due to dog or gate), or the address provided is incorrect, the flowers will be returned to our Flower Studio and we will call to re-arrange delivery at the sender's cost. If Sending on our third party courier service, the customer must realise that once your order has left us at the Flower Studio, it is in the couriers hands for a safe delivery. We will always package our product well and out in a timely manner as per order and date request.
