Rachel Benton
Rachel lives and breathes flowers, plants and all things botanical. After owning and running The Green Room Flower Company for 8 years, she is still continuously inspired, passionate and in love with the ever changing flower seasons and the beauty it produces.
As her vision comes to life her team is standing strong along side her and she couldn't be more grateful. Rachel has never been more proud of what is currently being achieved and looks forward to this upcoming season in our goregous new flower studio here in Wanaka!

Rachel has completed her National Certificate in Horticulture and prides herself on the wide range of plant and flower knowledge she has gained which has then been incorporated creatively into her floral work. She is armed with extensive knowledge and inspiration from many years of work within the Wedding and Flower Industry and loves getting amongst the flowers whenever she can.

Rachel is a passionate creative being who adores flowers & people. She brings a bright light of energy to our team with her charismatic personality and soul filled flower creations.
Rachel is always keen to help out with your floral needs and adores learning new skills and ways of creating. She's certainly a people person and welcomes everyone in to our Flower Studio as a flower friend of The Green Room.
Her local knowledge and network of creative connections makes her a cherished asset to have on our dream team.

Alice Friend
Our lovely Alice is a ray of sunshine and such a joy to be around. She brings zest to our little team with her quirky creations, funky style and boundless energy.
Alice works extremely hard and is an absolute whizz with flowers! she loves all things colourful and creative. She even paints her own artwork that is for sale in card form at our stduio.
It's a treat to have Alice on our team and everyone who meets her thinks so too - so drop by the flower studio, she would love to hear all about your flowery vision and how she can help that come to life.
WEDDING FLORIST
DANIELLE DAWSON
Dani is one of our very special flower fairies whose had over 12 years experience within the flower industry. She brings a wealth of knowledge, skill and charisma to our little studio and is an absolute gem to work with.
Dani has a keen eye for eclectic design utlising interesting colour, shape and form in all of it’s botanical beauty. Dani can create just about anything and will whip it up in no time with such skill and ease. She really is the bees knees.
You can catch Dani in action at our gorgeous new Flower Studio in Three Parks or helping set up a stunning wedding at one of our amazing local venues. Can’t wait to see all the beauty this gal creates this season!
WEDDING FLORIST & CONTENT CREATOR
GEORGIA FANCY
Georgia is our creative guru whose a whizz with all things flowers and content creation. She has many talents and passions, amongst them is an incredible eye for professional photography. We are very fortunate to have an in house photographer to capture our beautiful creations this season!
Georgia is also a big part of our wedding team, designing & creating florals and communicating with our wonderful couples. With many years within the wedding industry she brings a wealth knowledge and an extensive skillset to our little team.
Georgia is full of ideas, is fun loving and passionate about all things flowers and plants. We look forward to all of the amazing flower magic she will create and capture this year.
