We offer SAME DAY DELIVERY in the WANAKA/HAWEA region 
This is a Monday to Saturday service
*orders must be placed before 1pm 

CROMWELL

SAME DAY delivery to CROMWELL township and the outer Business area only

This is a Monday - Friday service
*orders must be placed before 1pm.

Orders to Cromwell will arrive in the late afternoon. If you are sending flowers to a business, please let us know as sometimes the couriers will not get to it in time before closing

QUEENSTOWN, ALEXANDRA & CLYDE

OVERNIGHT to Queenstown - Business & Residential addresses

This is a Tuesday - Saturday service
*orders must be placed before 1pm the day prior and will be delivered between 9am and 5:30pm by a third party courier (we can not give an exact time as it will depend on their schedule)

SATURDAY DELIVERY
Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 1pm Friday. Please note, not all areas can be serviced by the courier for Saturday deliveries. So if you are unsure, please check with us before ordering to avoid disappointment. 

OUTER AREA DELIVERIES

Please note we use a third party courier to make deliveries outside of the Wanaka area. We always endeavour to have your deliveries out to the recipient by the intended date and time and communicate this information directly with our drivers. 

For same day deliveries the couriers always aim to deliver that day whenever possible. In the instance that they are unable to make a same day delivery due to unforeseen circumstances your order will be delivered the following morning. 

We always ensure that we package your orders safely and securely to arrive in the best condition possible. By choosing to use our services for outer areas or inter island you accept there is a risk that damages may occur during transportation.

• Kingston

DELIVERY CHARGES

All Wanaka Township and all Surrounding Areas $15
(Hawea, Luggate, Dublin Bay, Albert town, Peninsula Bay, Mount Barker, Wanaka-Mount Aspiring Road) 

Cromwell $15

Queenstown, Alexandra, Clyde, West Coast/Makarora $20 (hand delivered)

Important note

We will leave flowers at, or near, the entrance if we deem it safe to do so. Our bouquets are wrapped with a bubble of water so that if no one is home they have a temporary water source. If there is nowhere safe to leave the blooms, or the property is inaccessible (eg. due to dog or gate), or the address provided is incorrect, the flowers will be returned to our Flower Studio and we will call to re-arrange delivery at the sender's cost.
