We source our flowers locally whenever possible, from November to April (weather permitting). Our commitment to local flowers means fresher blooms and support for our community.

At The Green Room, we focus on seasonality and use popular wedding flowers like peonies, roses and hydrangeas when they're in season. If you have a strong preference, we’re happy to discuss options, but we recommend choosing a colour palette and vibe rather than specific flowers, allowing us to create arrangements that are both beautiful and seasonally available.

Absolutely! Repurposing your flowers is a cost-effective and sustainable way to make the most of your floral investment. We can help restyle your arrangements for different parts of your celebration, so you can spend more time with loved ones while maximizing your floral budget.

You have several options for giving your flowers a second life! You can:

• DIY arrangements with leftover blooms.
• Have our team come back to refresh and turn them into mini bouquets for guests or loved ones.
• Arrange a floral drop-off for your recovery day or after-party.
• Donate them to a kindergarten, retirement home, or a cause you care about.

Your booking deposit reserves your wedding date exclusively with us, meaning we often turn down other events for that day. This commitment helps us focus fully on your wedding, ensuring our best work.

We understand plans can change. If you need to change your date, a one-time amendment fee of $150 + GST will apply to cover administrative costs. If the change is made within 12 months of your original date, additional fees may apply.

• More than 6 months out: The booking fee is non-refundable as we've reserved the date for you and may have turned down other bookings.
• Less than 3 months out: We may refund 25% of other payments made (minus any incurred costs) at our discretion, but the booking fee and service fee are non-refundable.
